PHOTOS: Youth Alive Basketball 2023 League Ends Amid Pomp At Rowe Park

The Youth Alive Basketball 2023 League Championship came to an end on Friday at the Mobolaji Johnson Sports Centre, Rowe Park, Yaba, Lagos, southwest Nigeria amid pomp.

The young basketball players had swell time learning the rudiments of the game under tutelage of veteran and superstars in the sport who included Giannis Sina Ugo Antetokounmpo, a Greek-Nigerian professional basketball player who played for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA)

Independent News Express reports that Antetokounmpo’s country of origin, in addition to his size, speed, strength, and ball-handling skills have earned him the nickname “Greek Freak”.

Antetokounmpo is widely regarded as one of the greatest power forwards and one of the greatest European players of all time.
