The National Chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC) Rev. (Amb) Samuel Ikpea has tipped the Super Falcons of Nigeria to claim their 10th African Women Cup of Nations title in Morocco when they begin their campaign next year in Morocco.
Ikpea who spoke in Lagos reacted after the draw for the African Women’s championship was released and the Super Falcons were drawn in Group B where they will face Tunisia, Algeria and Botwana.
“We have seen the draw of the Africa Women Cup of Nations” Ikpea started. “And our our girls are now going to play in a group with two North African countries(Tunisia & Algeria)”. “It is going to be interesting and I am optimistic that our girls will scale from our group”.
“What is important to us now as members of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club is for the Super Falcons to win their 10th title and I am optimistic that they will claim this title in Morocco” Ikpea bragged.
“We will be in Morocco to cheer the Super Falcons to victory next year and I am sure they will not hesitate to deliver the trophy” Ikpea concluded.
The Africa Women’s Cup of Nations which will be hosted in Morocco will hold from July 5-26, 2025, a total of 12 countries will participate with Nigeria seeking their 10th title in the continental showpiece.
