Attention would be shifted to Egan football pitch, Alimosho, Lagos on Sunday afternoon as the four semi finalists would be battling for the final ticket in the ongoing New Revolution football tournament.
To reach the semi final stage, IGFC defeated De-Valiant FC 5-4.on penalties after barren draw at the regulation time, Sansan Boys also defeated God Did Foundation 5-3 on penalties after one goal apiece at the regulation time.
In other quarter final matches played recently, Vision FC beat Sterling City 4-3 on penalties after 1-1 at the regulation time, while SPS humbled Kings FC 3-2 to reach the semi final stage.
In the semi final fixtures released by the organisers,Igando Football Club,IGFC face Vision FC by 1pm, while Sansan Boys tackle SPS by 3pm.
The two semi finals are generating a lot of interests among the football fans in Egan,Igando and its environs.Fans who have been following the tournament since almost a two month ago are looking forward to see the best two teams that would emerge as finalists.
The match between Sansan Boys and SPS would be a tension soaked match as Sansan Boys would come to the match venue with a lot of expectations and banking on their their die hard fans to give them necessary support on Sunday clash.
Sansan Boys are well organised team and registered well experienced players.Although they are deadly in the attack but not too solid in defence line.
SPS are not a favourite when the tournament kicked off but they have shamed their critics by reaching the semi final stage of the tournament.
Sansan Boys must be careful and not underrate their opponents who are deadly in all departments of the field.
In the second game of the day, IGFC boys are not a tournament favourite as well but against all odds they were able to overcome their opponents on their way to the semi final.
On the other hands, Vision FC are equally a good side but they need to be focused and tactical against their opponents if they want to win on Sunday.
