NCC To Hold Public Consultation On Criteria For Zero-Rated Access to Educational Platforms And Content In Nigeria

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) will on Tuesday holds Public Consultation Session for a Framework/Criteria for Zero-Rated Access to Educational Platforms and Content in Nigeria. 

The regulatory body had earlier notified industry stakeholders and the general public on the development of a Consultation Paper for the framework, and it had requested stakeholders to make written submissions on the proposed framework.

Independent News Express reports that the Consultation Paper represents a preliminary stakeholder engagement in line with the Commission’s participatory and transparency-driven regulatory approach.

The consultation session will be held at the NCC Head Office Annex, Mbora District, Abuja by 11:00am
