There is palpable unhappiness among the residents of Ifelodun LCDA of Lagos State, concerning the high-handedness and maladministration by Mayor Femi Okeowo.
The residents have not stopped complaining about the lack of development and irresponsive leadership of the Ifelodun LCDA.
Hon. Okeowo who reportedly came to office on the threshold of the reported favours he received by top party hierarchy, even when he was never the choice of the people, has continued to rub it on the people’s faces, with his irresponsiveness and autocratic style of administration.
Pa Kayode Adeoye, while lamenting the lack of development in Ifelodun LCDA, said he regretted the day, Okeowo was selected on the people as the candidate of APC, at the last local governments elections.
“Today, everybody in the Ifelodun LCDA, including the party leaders that forced his candidacy on us, are regretting their actions and inactions. Okeowo has not done anything to develop this local government area, since he assumed office,” the septuagenarian lamented.
