Blessing Funmilayo Aladeyelu known as Bee was born and brought up in the Ghetto side of Lagos. This was where she attended both her primary and secondary school.
She is from Sobe Town, Edo State.She played football, table tennis,handball during her secondary school days before she was introduced to the game of rugby.
She began playing rugby for her school as a prop and as well got a team where she trained(Addax),she had won numerous medal in itry 7s,Rugby School Tournament,Beach Rugby Inter State Games and many others.
Aladeyelu at a point stopped playing rugby when she lost her dad.Thereafter she returned back and started training again,she began playing flag football as a defensive player mostly a rusher and her team won the flag football showtime cup as well as flag football communityshield.
The Lagos State based rugby player continued in her rugby career and got a new team (Lagos haven)now known as Lagos Bulls.
After some months, Aladeyelu left her previous club because the club did not function well again.She was given letter to represent Lagos state in the National Sport Festival.She was also introduced to Rugby League as well called for Rugby league national team screening and she worked so hard to make the team where she played fullback and center for the national rugby League 13s Nigeria female team.
She played the home and away game against Ghana and the Nigeria female team won all thier games against Ghana which led to world cup qualifer that would hold on September in kenya.
Nigeria would face kenya female national team in Rugby World Cup qualifier on September.
Because of her consistency and commitment to her profession, Aladeyelu was invited for screening by Nigeria Rugby Union Federal and selected among the Nigeria female players that went for 2023 Africa Games hosted by Ghana
