Seven promising footballers from the Bright Stars Sports Academy (BSFA) have begun trials with the feeders team of First Bank Football Club.

The ongoing screening is taking place at the First Bank Sporting Complex in Satellite Town, Lagos, where the invited players are undergoing rigorous training sessions under the supervision of three different coaches.

Expressing optimism about their chances, three of the BSFA products confirmed to our correspondent on Friday that they are hopeful of being selected after the screening process.

Among them, 17-year-old Adebola Ibojo, who scored a goal today attributed his confidence to his youthfulness. He pledged that if given the opportunity to feature for the NLO side, he would not disappoint the coaching staff.
