As part of the preparation ahead of 2023/24 NLO season, Dosu Joseph Football Club would be a guest to Dannaz Football Club on Friday in a friendly match.
The friendly match would hold by 2pm at the Dannaz home ground, Allen Avenue,Ikeja, Lagos.
Speaking ahead of the friendly match, Dosu Joseph Coach, Kayode Agboola said the friendly match is an avenue to asses the newly recruited players ahead of the league
“It’s a friendly match to test some of the new boys we have recruited and to prepare the team for the new NLO season, Dannaz is a very good team, and they’ve won the State FA Cup so is going to be a very good game for us,”he said.
Commenting on the team’s preparedness, Agboola popularly known as Careca said the club has engaged in the series of friendly matches saying that Dannaz friendly would be another litmus test.for his boys.
“We are aware of the challenges ahead and we are training on daily basis to keep o6ur boys fit.So far so good, the boys are gearing up for the new season,”he concluded.
