U-16 Star Youth League: Organisers Ready For Super Eight In Ikorodu

Organisers of the ongoing U-16 Star Youth League have expressed readiness to host super eight playoff sheduled to hold on Saturday at the Eleja Primary School, Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos.

A total of16 teams started the league and two teams in each group qualified for the super eight finals.

Four teams are drawn in two groups for the the super eight.Group A consist Adosag, Deluxe FA, Infinite FA and Simario FA.Group B are made up of Ayomiposi FA, Kareem FC,Paparazi FA and Prinhous FA.

Actions begin on Saturday as Deluxe FA face Simario FA, while Infinite FA tackle Simario in group A.

In group B, Ayomiposi tackle Primous FA l, while Paparazzi FA face Kareem FA.

Match cordinator, Kehinde Adeyemi confirmed to our correspondent on Thursday morning that the super eight would hold as scheduled and urged the teams to shun social vices that can affect the image of the league.

He said the super eight would be kneely contested among the teams saying that the winners in each group would meet in the super eight final to decide the overall winners of the league.
