Lagos State Football Association Electoral Committee has decided to hold the much-anticipated Lagos FA elections on Wednesday morning at the Onikan Stadium.
Secretary of Electoral Committee of Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) Rabiu-Okikioposu, Akeem told our correspondent early today that the Lagos FA elections would hold as stipulated in the statement issued to all the football stakeholders and urged all candidates to follow the rules guiding the elections.
“I am directed by the chairman of Electoral Committee of Lagos State Football Association LSFA, Alhaji Azeez Tijani that Onikan Stadium would hold the LSFA elections on Wednesday by 10am and we have put all necessary things in place to conduct free and fair elections.
“I wish all the contestants all the best and they should shun any form of political thuggery or violence that might affect the elections process,” he said.
