36 Lion Football Club just need a draw in their last game against Dino FC to book a place in the final of the ongoing Jagaban Cup.
The crucial match would hold on Wednesday morning at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena popularly known as Onikan Stadium.
Winner in each group would play in the final, while first runner up in each group would play in the third place match.
In their opening match,36 Lion defeated Imperial 2-1 and also humbled Broad City 3-1 to clinch six points in the group.
A victory for 36 Lion or draw against Dino would seal their final berth.The closing ceremony would hold on Friday morning.
On the other hand, Imperial lost 1-2 to 36 Lion in their opening game and shocked Dino 2-1 in their second match.Imperial need out right victory against Broad City in tomorrow game.
The organisers should pay attention to Broad City and Imperial FC match to avoid any form of match fixing.Broad City have lost their two matches and their last match may be a formality which might be advantage to their opponents.
In other group, Smart City City stand the chance to top the group and play in the final if they can beat Mavlon FC in tomorrow game.
Smart City have four points, The Charlesann FC have four points.The two teams would battle for group leader against their opponents.
A victory for both side would see Smart City qualify for the final because of superior goal over its close rival on the table. The The Charlesann can only qualify if Smart City play draw in their last game and win their last match.
