Nigeria’s music, media, and technology industries are increasingly intersecting, fueled by improved digital infrastructure, rising internet access, and widespread smartphone use. Amid this evolving landscape, Nigerian DJ and music executive, Aggrey Miracle Sabastine, popularly known as DJ Kelblizz, has unveiled De Thrills Media & Tech Ltd, signalling its transformation from a music-centred platform into a fully registered media and technology company.
Based in Port Harcourt and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the company originated from De Thrills Music, which was founded in September 2020 as a platform dedicated to music promotion, distribution, and production within Nigeria’s digital music space.
The company stated that its scope has now expanded to cover music, media, and technology services, creating connections between artists, content creators, brands, and organisations. Its offerings also include branding and strategic media positioning.
Sabastine, who has a background in computer science, serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of both De Thrills Media & Tech Ltd and De Thrills Music. He has been actively involved in the music and technology industry since 2020.
In 2024, the platform launched the De Thrills Music Awards (DTMA), a digital initiative aimed at celebrating both emerging and established talents in the music industry.
Following its incorporation in 2025, the company introduced the De Thrills Music Top 100 Charts, a system designed to track and rank music releases.
Operating within Nigeria’s expanding creative and digital economy, De Thrills Media & Tech Ltd aligns with record labels, media organisations, and tech-driven service providers, reflecting the deepening integration of technology and entertainment in the country.
