Coach Aberejo Backs Akaluogbo As Acting Chairman LSFCA Tasks Lagos Coaches To Give Peace A Chance

Former Secretary of Alimosho Football Coaches Council, Mohammed Jamiu Aberejo has thrown his support to Raymond Akaluogbo who was recently appointed as Acting Chairman of Lagos State Football Coaches Association LSFCA.

Akaluogbo was appointed as Acting Chairman by Central Working Committee of LSFCA following the suspension of former chairman of the body, Tairu Hassan and his secretary, Rasheed Sulaiman over gross misconduct.

In a chat with our correspondent,Aberejo described the appointment of Coach Akaluogbo as an Acting Chairman of LSFCA a welcome development and urged the new administration to work round the clock and ensure that the state body regain its lost glory.

“I want to congratulate Akaluogbo for his new appointment and I will also commend CWC for doing a thorough job to appoint a man of integrity and God fearing person who can pilot the affairs of the association in the next few months before the newly elected coaches take over,”said Aberejo who celebrated his 55th birthday recently at his residence in Igando, Alimosho, Lagos.

Coach Aberejo who doubles as founder of Igando Football Club,IGFC called for peace among coaches and urged his colleagues in Lagos to back the new administration.

“Presently we have a new Acting Chairman in place and I expect every one of us irrespective of your age, position, tribe or status to support the new administration and we should do away with anything that can stop the progress of the LSFCA,”he concluded.
