This is not the best time for no fewer than three football academies who are playing in the ongoing U-16 Alimosho Football Coaches Council League Championship as they are yet to pick a point following the inability to record a win or a draw in their last two matches.
The three teams are Sammy FA, Usefulyouth FA and Stars XI FA. According to the table released by the organisers, Stars XI FA remain bottom of the table, follow by Usefulyouth FA and Sammy are occupied seven positions out of ten teams on the table.
None of the three teams recorded a draw or win their last two matches but they need to wake up from their slumbers if they want to compete favourably with their opponents on the log table.
Samjason FA are leading the table with six points with superior goals and follow by Clear Path FA with six points as Vision Stars FA also occupy third position having won their two matches.
Week Three will begin on Friday when Sammy host Golden Wealth FA at Ijegun by 2pm, Usefulyouth welcome Clear Path FA at DOG Command, Ipaja by 2pm as Ola Stars would host Wonder Light FA by 4pm.
Two matches will be played on Saturday as Vision stars FA would be a guest to Samjason Boys at Egan playground by noon while Realms Athltics Boys would be at away against Stars XI FA by noon.
Meanwhile, the championship is put together by the Alimosho Football Coaches Council under the leadership of Uchenna Samuel Eke.
