Speaking with our correspondent, the Leader of Ibeju-Lekki Football Coaches Council, Victor Akinmoyo who also presided the meeting said the CWC has taken decisions in line with the power given the CWC in the constitution of Nigeria Football Coaches Association,NFCA and Lagos State Football Coaches Association LSFCA.
“What we did this afternoon (Monday) was in line with constitution of both state and national. We did not suspend Coach Hassan and others because we don’t like them but they were suspended indefinitely for being violated the constitutions of both state and national.
“The same both constitutions gives CWC to appoint, select members and also remove any state officers who violates the laid down rules of state or national.
“Having followed the process of the constitutions, the CWC has no choice to suspend the leadership of the association and secretary over abuse of power and gross misconducts in their offices since they were elected four years ago,”he concluded.
