Head Coach of Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club of Lagos, Isreal Adegolu has expressed his worries over the attitude of his boys in area of goal scoring during their encounter against FC Royal Asterics of Ajah on Tuesday evening in the ongoing 1XBet Community Cup taking place at Cappa playground,Oshodi, Lagos.
The Eletu boys humbled their opponents 3-0 in their opening game to seal their qualification into the round of 32.
Adegolu while reacting to the team’s victory,he first and foremost congratulated his boys for the victory but frowned over the missed scoring chances during the encounter.
“It was a good match because we won convincingly and qualifed for the next stage but if I may assess the game critically I will say I am not satisfied with the boys attitude in front of goal.
“This is a competition that we have limited time to play and we need to take our chances during the one hour duration.We ought to have scored more than six goals in this match but my boys missed some scoring chances which is giving me something to worry about ahead of our next game,” he said.
Adegolu however urged his boys to take their chances in their next game saying that his target is to see Prince Kazeem Eletu going far in the tournament,”he said.
In his own remark,FC Royal Asterics Coach, Believe Dabor admitted that his opponents were technically and tactically better in the encounter.
He also commended both teams for their spirited football display and wished his opponents best of luck in their next game.
