Mobolaji Johnson Arena popularly known as Onikan Stadium would be busy this week as Prince Kazeem Eletu Queens would begin its open trials starting from 3 through 4, December,2024.
The open trials would begin from 11am on Tuesday and 8am on Wednesday.
In a press release and copied our correspondent stated that the open trials would be organised to bring fresh legs to fortify the club under the new management.
In the statement signed by manager of Prince Kazeem Eletu Queens, Muftau Eletu noted that the trials is open for any upcoming female footballer within and outside the state.
“We have secured a good venue for our trials that would make the players to express themselves .It is going to hold at Onikan Stadium so that the coaching crew can get the best out of these players,”he said.
Muftau popularly known as Junior disclosed that individuals and teams are expected to be part of the trials.
“Our open trials is for individuals, clubs and female footballers from within and outside the state.We can only give players coming from outside the state an accommodation during the trials,”he said.
Muftau furthered said Prince Kazeem Eletu Queens would bounce back and stronger in the next year noting that there is a new management in place to oversee the team.
“I know that our fans know what happened to Eletu Queens recently and we have restructured the team and very soon, we would unveil our new coach and other backroom staff.
“Let me use this medium to assure our fans that Prince Kazeem Eletu Queens would bounce back in a better and stronger way and the club would engage in high profile football tournaments in next year,”,he said.
