2024 Gateway Games: Tandoh Appointed LOC Executive Secretary

Former Executive Chairman of Lagos State Sports Commission, Dr. Kweku Tandoh, has been appointed the Executive Secretary of the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the 2024 Gateway Games National Sports Festival (NSF).

Tandoh and other members of the LOC chaired by Bukola Olopade, former Commissioner for Sports, Ogun State and co-chaired by Mr. Tilewa Adebayo, were inaugurated on Monday in Abeokuta by Governor Dapo Abiodun.

Tandoh, who was a Consultant to the LOC of the Edo 2020 National Sports Festival and the famous Eko 2012 NSF where he was the Secretary General of the LOC, is expected to bring his vast experience on board to organise another memorable sports festival in the history of Nigerian sports next year in Ogun State.

Experienced sports administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry, Tandoh was a former Director of Sports in Lagos State, working committee member of the African Table Tennis Federation (ATTF) and Chairman of the Youth Committee of African Table Tennis Federation.
