The Deputy House Leader, Legislative Council of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Hon. Feyisope Saidat Idowu is celebrating the season with members of her constituency.
Hon Idowu, who is the first female Councillor in Ward B2 in Amuwo Odofin, organised a ‘Giving Time’ to stretch hands of love to the people of her community irrespective of party affiliations, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
According to her, the end of the year has always been a season where people take stock to appreciate those who have been part of their lives in the year under review, hence her resolve to ensure that members of her Ward B2 enjoy the little she could afford to reach out to them.
“I want to appreciate the good people of Ward B in Amuwo Odofin Local Government, your support has been immeasurable and I want to thank everybody for being there for me. I believe that doing little is better than doing nothing,” she said.
Independent News Express reports that it was a full house as men and women in Ward B2 gladly received the token Hon Feyisope Saidat Idowu have for them with heart of appreciation.
