Samjason began their campaign in week one of U-14 Alimosho Football Coaches Council Championship League with 6-1 victory over Wonder Light FA.
The encounter which was played over the weekend saw Samjason boys hammered the homers in the front of their fans.
Six teams are in group A.Samjason are currently leading the group with their superior goals difference against other teams in the group.
In other results in Group A, Igando Football Club,IGFC suffered 0-1 home defeat against M.A Galaxy FA as Realms Athletics recorded 3-0 away victory over Stars XI.
In the group B, Sammy FA also shone like a Stars as they whipped Ogaga International 6-1 at away to top the group with superior goals.
In other matches played in Group B, Heart of Lion defeated Ola Stars 2-1 as Adebayo Samba lost 3-4 to White Soccer at away.
Action resumes on Saturday in week two of the championship as Ogaga International host Ola Stars by 11am at the Adexson football field, along Iyana-Iba Road,Realm Athletics would welcome IGFC by 11am at Airforce Base,Shasha,Akowonjo.
Stars XI would be a guest to Samjason by 11:30am at Egan Grammar School as Sammy would welcome White Soccer FA by 2pm at the Ijegun Playground,while Adebayo Samba FA would host Heart of Lions by 2pm at Ikotun Community Primary School.
On Sunday,M.A Galaxy would travel to be a guest to Wonder Light FA by 11am at Igando Primary School.
Match coordinator, Samuel Haruna expressed satisfaction with the standard of the league in week one and urged the teams to avoid vices that can ruin the championship in the subsequent matches.
