Two Super Eagles players, Paul Onuachu and Joe Aribo joined Southampton yesterday to go on relegation after they fell 3-1 to Spurs on Sunday.
They are the first team to be relegated from the Premier League this season as they are currently at the bottom of the table.
They have so far recorded 10 points from 31 matches and have lost 25 games which is 75 precious points.
These two Super Eagles stars will now have to make a decision to either play with them in the second tier league or not.
They are the first set of Super Eagles players to be relegated.
