The race for semi final tickets in the ongoing Seamoriow U-15 League Championship begins on Tuesday at the Seamoriow Sports centre, Ikotun, Abaranje Road, Alimosho, Lagos.
The championship which kicked off some weeks ago is being sponsored by CEO Seamoriow Sports Limited, Oluwaseyi Amos.
In the quarter final pairing released by the organisers,Seamoriow FA battle Lofty Skills FA by 9am,Pumah FA take on B. United FA by 10am, while Miracle FA confront AFS Academyby 11am as Bright Future Stars FA tackle North York FA by 12noon.
The organisers disclosed that the semi final would hold on Thursday, while third place match and final ceremony would hold on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Chairman Organizing Committee, Dotun Coker expressed thanks to the cup donor, Amos for initiating this encouraging championship platform for the young children.
“It’s worthwhile for the identified talented children because there are more platforms that the children shall graduate for further assessment to achieve their academic and football potentials.
“All identified talented children shall partner Seamoriow Sports and will undergo special training sessions for introduction into the FIFA Talent Development Scheme and Talent Lockr Scouting Event.
I urge all participants on this platform for cooperation to make this event have tangible outcomes for the benefit of all,”he said.
Meanwhile, no fewer than 16 football academies across the states kicked off the championship some days ago.
