A call has gone to Nigerians to support the current administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as he is on the path of restoring the country to its greater glory which has eluded the country.
This was the position of one of Nigeria’s spiritual leaders, Sat-Guru Maharaj-ji, founder of the One Love Family based in Ibadan in Southwest Nigeria, Oyo State.
Maharaj-ji, who predicted in December 2022 that the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate would win the 2023 general elections, was confident that Tinubu’s record in Lagos as governor would confirm Thomas’s doubts about his never-failure as president the most populous black nation in the world.
In a recent interview, Maharaj-ji, who declared himself the Perfect Living Master and “Black Jesus” stated; he strongly supported Tinubu.
“I see that Tinubu will succeed as president of Nigeria, and he must succeed,” said the leader of a community group whose Satguru Maharaj Ji Village ashram is on a remote stretch of the Ibadan-Lagos highway.
He reiterated that Nigeria needs a leader of Tinubu’s caliber to lead the country at this time.
Maharaj-ji, who is at the forefront of propagating African cultural values, spoke about the innumerable problems currently plaguing the country, noting that this is due to the culture of the Nigerian society which has been eroded and being phased out by the people across ethnic nationalities in the country. He wants the people to retrace their steps now before it is too late.
According to him, it is necessary for society to return to the traditional institution that was able to ensure good governance to the people in the past time when civilisation has not taken over the life of the people, adding that societal failure caused by the neglect of indigenous culture brings about the problems of corruption, kidnapping and other social vices in Nigeria.
