Four teams would be fighting for a place in the final of Prince Gas Ramadan Cup as the tournament enters semi final on Thursday at Sansan field, Igando, Alimosho, Lagos.
In the first semi final pairing released by the organisers, Future Stars face Balo FC by 4pm on Thursday, while Sterling City FC tackle Igando Football Club in the second semi final on Friday by 4pm.
Speaking ahead of the semi final game, Igando FC Coach, Muhammed Aberejo said all the four teams have equal chance to reach the final stage.
He also admitted that their semi final match against Sterling City FC would be another tough encounter and urged his boys to remain focused.
“Nobody gave us chance to reach this stage when the tournament kicked off because I am one of the few coaches that paraded young players in the tournament.Our semi final would be a tough match but I have confidence in my boys that they would do well,”he said.
Match coordinator, Prince Sulaiman Gbadamosi called on the semi finalists to shun social vices during or after their game saying that if any team violates the rules would be sanctioned accordingly.
