A Lagos-based semi professional football club, Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club have announced their open trials scheduled to start from 22th through 26th, July,2024 at the Saki Township Stadium, Oyo State, Southwest, Nigeria.
In a club statement signed by team manager of the club, Muftau Eletu stated that the trials is targeted players who are within the age of 15 to 17 years and noted that any player who is aboved the stipulated age would be disqualified.
Eletu said the open trials is not only meant for the individual players alone, it is also an avenue for the clubs that are interested to join the trials at Saki.
“Our open trials would begin as from next week in Saki Township Stadium, Oyo State and we are expecting full house throughout the five days programme in Saki.
“We are expecting individual players or teams from Lagos that are interested to join us in Saki.Presently many clubs as well as individual players in Saki and its environs have shown interest and we still need more players or clubs across the country to meet us in Saki Township Stadium comes next week,”he said.
The club manager in the statement said they are expecting more than 500 players to partake in the trials and revealed that highly experienced coaches would be on ground to handle the trials with the best of their abilities and knowledge.
Asked if there are accomodations or feedings for players and club that are based outside Saki town, Eletu quickly disclosed that Prince Kazeem Eletu Club are not making provision for accommodation or feeding saying that interested players or teams are expected to cater for themselves throughout the five days programme.
