The Lagos chapter of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) in partnership with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in collaboration with other stakeholders launched a purposeful workshop symposium against the use of illicit substances, drug abuse and doping at the Golfview Suites and Conference Centre, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos Southwest Nigeria on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.
With collaborating supports from the Lagos State Ministry of Health, NAFDAC, Federal Ministry of Sports Development, Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC) Golfview Suites and Conference Center and National Anti-Doping Committee NADC, the first of its kind in the history of SWAN in Nigeria event was well attended by the top hierarchy of the NDLEA, which mobilised its personnel at the Lagos Command to the occasion.
