The Director General of Lagos State Sports Commission, Lekan Fatodu in his bid to reach out for mutual benefits to boost sports development in the state has paid a courtesy call on the China’s Consul General in Nigeria, Her Excellency, Ms. Yan Yuqing at the Embassy of Republic of China in Lagos.
Fatodu with delegation were well received by the Chinese ambassador.
The Chinese envoy, who was delighted receiving her guests, said that through the embassy, there would be friendly engagements between Lagos State and China with the commitment to supporting the state in the area of sports development and full sponsorship opportunities for Lagos athletes and coaches in China in sporting areas where her country has competitive advantage like Table Tennis, Swimming and others sporting activities.
