The First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, on Wednesday paid a nostalgic visit to the NYSC Lagos Orientation Camp in the Iyana Ipaja area of the state.
She was at the camp to interact with the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 Corps members. These young university and polytechnic graduates from various higher institutions across the country were met with enthusiasm and encouragement.
Dressed in full NYSC regalia, the First Lady shared memorable experiences from her own NYSC period 32 years ago at the same venue in Lagos. By recounting the valuable lessons learned during her service year, she aimed to inspire and motivate the current corps members.
Acknowledging their resilience and patriotic spirit, the First Lady commended the corps members for their determination to make positive impacts for the growth of Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.
