Organisers of the ongoing Orisun Challenge Cup have commended the participants for their high level of professionalism and good football artistry displayed since the tournament kicked off some days ago.
The Orisun Challenges Cup which is taking place at the CMS Primary School, Bariga, Lagos is being sponsored by Rtd Major General S.O. Olabanji. The competition involves both U-15 and 20 categories.
Tournament coordinator, Shola Taoreed Balogun said the tourney was organised to keep the youths busy especially when schools are on vacation and also to bring some footballers to the limelight.
He further commended the participating teams for their good performance noted that all teams are fully prepared for the tourney.
“Since the competition kicked off, every team perform creditably well. Though some club won, while others lost but most of the matches are attracted by football fans and it is fun and exciting competition,”he said.
