Mobolaji Johnson Arena popularly known as Onikan Stadium would Host final of Lagos Divisional Football Aaaociation,LDFA scheduled for Wednesday morning (11am)
The final would be played between Olufunke FC against Ikorodu City feeders promises to be tough.
Chairman Lagos Divisional Football Association LDFA,Saheed Bakare expressed gratitude to God for the hitch free league matches and commended the organising committee led by Remmy Awosanya for the job well done.
He also congratulated the finalists for their impressive performances from their league matches to Super eight saying that the two teams deserved to reach the final.
“It was an exciting season for us because all the participating teams played well and scored beautiful goals.Talents were discovered from various clubs but I must congratulate Olufunke FC and Ikorodu City feeders for the outstanding performances throughout their league matches and super eight.
“Tomorrow would determine who becomes champions of our division and I expect fans to come out in large numbers and watch the final.I wish both teams best of luck in their outings,”he said.
Chairman Organising Committee, Remmy Awosanya also congratulated the finalists for the impressive performances in their previous matches and urged them to exhibit spirit of sportsmanship in tomorrow’s final.
