NFSC Boss, Ikpea, Meets With Mayor of Santos In Brazil

The National Chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC), Rev. (Amb) Samuel Ikpea who is also the Santos F.C ambassador to Nigeria met with the office of the Mayor of Santos, Brazil on Friday to discuss on how best they can strengthen relationships.

Ikpea who was appointed Santos F.C ambassador to Nigeria in 2022 held meeting with the Councilor, Chita Menezes, who represented the Mayor in Santos where they discussed on how they could exchange programmes on sports, education and culture.

Delighted with the outcome of the discussion, Ikpea decorated Menezes with one of the NFSC regalia while the later took him round on a tour to King Pele’s sitting room and museum where Ikpea adored the image of the late king of football.

Ikpea will be received next week at Bahia, Brazil, where he is expected to sign a contract as the West African representative for Africano Football Club, Bahia, Brazil.

Ikpea who described the visit as inestimable, said: “If my contribution towards the development of football in Nigeria can be appreciated as far as in Brazil, this will encourage me to do more back in Nigeria even though it’s not appreciated”.
