NCC Engages Stakeholders On Spectrum Roadmap 2026-2030 In Abuja

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is currently engaging stakeholders on the Spectrum Roadmap 2025 – 2030, Guidelines for the Use of the 60 GHz for Multi-Gigabit Wireless Systems and the Guidelines for the Use of the Lower Part of the 6 GHz Band for Wifi-6 In Nigeria.

Taking place inside the auditorium of the Communications and Digital Economy Complex, NCC Annexe Office, Mbora, FCT, Abuja, Day One of the public inquiry was interesting, as all stakeholders in attendance were enthusiastic about the way the NCC has been regulating and managing the country’s telecommunications sector.


The engagement enters its second day and its final day on Tuesday.

Ms. Nnenna Ukoha, Head, Public Affairs Department of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) had earlier notified all telecom licensees, investors, telecom stakeholders and the public that, in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA), 2003, the Commission has published the following Draft Regulatory Frameworks on its official website and sought comments from stakeholders: Spectrum Roadmap 2025 – 2030, Guidelines on the use of the 60 GHz band for Multi Gigabit Wireless  Systems and Guidelines on the use of the lower part of the 6GHz band for Wifi-6 in  Nigeria.
