The Vice Chairman of Lagos State Football Association LSFA, Liameed Olawale Gafar was honoured with an Uzbekistan royalty robe and Tubeteikas hat from Mash’al Football Club.
Gafar was honoured on Tuesday in the Day one of the Lagos Supremacy Cup taking place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena formally known as Onikan Stadium.
Gafar who doubles as tournament cordinator could not hide his feeling saying that the honour bestowed on him motivated him to work hard.
“Alongside with my brother,Cem Sagar, I was honored with an Uzbekistan royalty robe and Tubeteikas hat from Mash’al Football Club.
“I feel good and happy to be honoured by our partners from across the Europe.This is honour I cherish and i am very grateful for this honour,”he said.
Meanwhile in some matches played early today, 36 Lion hammered DN10 2-0,Bethel FC played 1-1 with SGFC.
