Mainbowl of the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos would come alive Tuesday afternoon as Young Stars Football Club representing Badagry need victory in their last match to win the Lagos State Super 5 and represent the state in the forthcoming Nationwide League One, NLO playoffs.
Winners in each division are playing in the Lagos State Super 5 League which started last week in Lagos.
According to the final table released by the organisers, Young Stars representing Badadgry top the table having played three matches, won two and lost one and gathered six points on the table, while Adosag representing Ikorodu are in second position having played three matches won one and drew two and they have five points on the table.
These two teams just need to beat their opponents to qualify for the NLO playoffs.Two teams would represent the state in the NLO playoffs.
In the last final group matches played today, Ighalo FC face Adosag FC by 2pm, while Young Stars who handle by Osahon tackle Okaka FC by 4pm at the Mainbowl of the national stadium.
If Adosag beat Ighalo FC, Young Stars need to win their opponents to win the title but failure to win their opponents, the title would go to Adosag but both of them automatically qualify for the NLO playoffs.
A situation where Ighalo boys shock Adosag, Young Stars need at least a draw against their opponents to win the title.which means both Young Stars and Ighalo FC would represent the state at the NLO playoffs.Ighalo are currently occupied last on the table with three points.

Members of Badadgry Divisional Football League led by Martins Ibeagbu Osondu would come to the venue in large numbers to cheer Young Stars to victory, while Ikorodu DFA led by Alhaji Sonibare and his executive members would also be in attendance.
Chief Operating Officer of Lagos State Super 5 League, Wale Joseph expressed gratitude to God for the hitch free league and urged the fans who are coming to the match venue to be orderly throughout the matches.
