Lagos State League: Young Strikers Ready For Heritage Test

Young Strikers Football Club of Lagos Island are fully ready to face Heritage FC of Ojo on 22 March at the Medical Field, Camp 4, Ojo Cantonment, Lagos in the week one of the Lagos State League.

Young Strikers would be at away against their opponents in week one of the league.

While Heritage represent Badagry division, Young Strikers represent Lagos division in the league.

Speaking ahead of the crucial game,head coach of Young Strikers, Waheed Kosoko told our correspondent that his team are fully ready to face Heritage boasting that they are in the league for business.

“We are going for away match in our week one and we are aware of the team we are playing against. We are not going to underrate our opponents but we would approach the game like a cup final.

“Presently, my players are in high spirits and they are looking forward to the week one match. Like I always say we are not in the league for jamboree but we are in this league for business so my players are well motivated and hungry for success,”said Kosoko who is the founder of the Young Strikers.
