Chief Executive Officer of Arubinjaga Football Academy of Ikorodu,Riliwan Adebayo Adeboye says his team are not pushover in the forthcoming Lagos State League which scheduled to kick off on Wednesday across five football divisions in the state.
Speaking with our correspondent on the team’s preparation for the league, Adeboye disclosed that his club had engaged in the series of friendly matches and pointed out that his players are in good shape to do well in the league.
“Presently the players are in good shape and the coaching crew are doing well on the players.We are not a pushover in the league but we are coming to win our matches both home and away,”he said.
Commenting on the welfare of the players, Adeboye said the management is doing everything possible to support the players with token and promised to do better in all the league matches.
“We know what it takes to run the club and we cannot toy with the welfare of the players and coaching crew.We are doing our best in our own little way to bring the best out of the players and I want to assure the players better incentives are coming during their league matches,”he said.
Meanwhile, Arubinjaga are drawn in group B along with Utmost FC,Ibeju Lekki United, Unizee FC,D10,SGH and Ighalo FA
