Head Coach of Flexy Soccer Football Academy, Washington Egor has boasted that his team are stronger and ready to compete for super four of the ongoing Ikeja Divisional Football Super League.
Egor disclosed this after his team defeated FC Ramond international 2-1 away victory in the rescheduled league match held on Tuesday.
Captain of the team, Kehinde Ajidahun scored a brace to give his team away victory.Out of five matches played in the second stanzar, they have won four and drew one.
In a chat with our correspondent, Egor commended his players for their doggedness and fighting spirit which they displayed against their oppenents.
He boasted that his team are deadly in the league and warned their opponents to beware of his team.He said his boys are motivated and they are ready to give their best in their remaining matches.
“It was a hard fought victory for us because our opponents gave us a good fight.I commend my boys for playing to instructions and i believe that we can contest for super four if we continue in this winning ways,”he said.
In his response, chairman of Flexy Soccer Academy, Azeez Olateju expressed delight over the team’s victory.He said the victory would spur the management to motivate the players in order to win their subsequent matches.
“The entire management of Flexy Soccer Academy is happy with the successes the club recorded in the league.We have done well in the second stanzar and i promise to motivate the players before the next game,”he said.
Action continues this evening as Bucknor FC host FC Ramond international at Igando Grammar School, Alimosho.
