Technical Director of Young Strikers Football Club of Lagos Island, Waheed Kosoko has commended his boys for their brilliant performance against NNL ikenne based team, Beyond Limit FC in a friendly match played recently at Remo Stars stadium.
Young Strikers lost 2-1 to Beyond Limit in an encounter watched by proprietor of Remo Stars, Kunle Soname.
Kosoko described the friendly match a tough one and commended his boys for their resilience and doggedness exhibited throughout the tie.
“Let me say I am proud of my boys despite our defeat against Beyond Limit.My boys really gave a good account of themselves and I was impressed with their tactical play
“Beyond Limit are better side but yet we gave them a good match even though the founder, Mr Soname who witnessed the match commended our team for the marvellous performance
“Like I said before we really gave them a good fight and i want my boys to leverage on this performance in their subsequent friendly matches,”he said.
