The much-anticipated Lagos State Challenge Cup would finally Kick off (today) Tuesday at the Maracanã stadium, Ajegunle.
Some matches that were scheduled to hold on Saturday and Sunday were postponed due to the naira crisis that hampered the movement of the Lagosians and other part of the country.
Having studied the prevailing situation which is convenient enough for participating teams, the organisers had released new fixtures of state FA Cup which commences tomorrow.
In a match fixture released by the organisers,four matches would be played at the maracana stadium on Tuesday. Saint FC tackle ECAS by 9am, Future pro FC battle R2 Finesse FC by 11am, while Ghetto Tigers face Fearless FC by 1pm as Futpro go to war against Crowned Academy by 3pm.
Action continues on Wednesday as Mighty Bay confront Utility Sport by 9am at the FIFA legacy pitch of the national stadium, Surulere, while Zion international face Fresh Talents by 11am the same venue.
Two matches are lined up for maracana stadium on Wednesday when AYICRIP NELIS tackle Sporting Club Heritage by 9am, as Recovery House take on City of Lagos by 11am.
Chairman Technical Department of Lagos State Football Association LSFA Adedotun Coker has urged the teams to adhere strictly to the rules and regulations guiding the competition.
He however disclosed that the organisers would not condone any act of indiscipline during and after the match.
