In a bid to empower young girls ahead of their future challenges, ‘Goals For Girls Project’ has concluded arrangements to organise two days event tagged’G4G Naija Summit’ for 300 female students in Lagos.
The much anticipated sports summit would hold on 24th and 25th, February,2026 at the Union Bank Sports Complex,Bode Thomas,Surulere ,Lagos.
Convener of the ‘G4G Naija Summit’Ukandu Mandy Chinasa told our correspondent that the summit is an avenue to develop and empower the young girls through football noted that Goals For Girls Project is ready to host a memorable and glamorous sports summit.
She disclosed that over the past year, the ‘Goals For Girls Project’ has partnered with public secondary schools across Lagos State to deliver leadership development, empowerment, and life-skills programmes for young girls using football as a tool to achieve its set targets.
She also explained that the summit will host 150 students per day, bringing together a total of 300 students.
According to her,activities planned for the summit include leadership development workshops, team-building sessions, football games, and friendly tournaments and all carefully designed to reinforce the skills and values taught throughout the year.
