Galatasaray Wants Super Eagles New Boy Arokodare As Osimhen’s Replacement

Turkish giants, Galatasaray have now switched their attention to Super Eagles star, Tolu Arokodare as possible replacement for Victor Osimhen in case they fail to sign the Napoli loanee, while local rivals Trabzonspor have renewed interest in signing the Genk striker.

Arokodare who has been described as the best striker in the Belgium league this season by Genk coach Thorsten Fink has netted 20 goals with seven assists from 36 appearances.

According to Turkish Sport daily online newspaper Fotomac, Trabzonspor have also renewed their interest in signing the 24-year-old striker. Recall that they tabled a lucrative bid for the player at the beginning of the season.

Arokodare who has two more years on his contract with Genk have suggested he will make a major transfer this summer with a number of clubs in the Premier League also lurking
