In the Lagos FA elections held early today at Onikan Stadium, Lagos Island Fouad Oki defeated the outgoing vice chairman of LSFA, Alhaji Tade Azeez. Oki polled 14 votes to emerge as the new Chairman of Lagos FA, while Tade got one vote.
A new vice chairman in Gafar Liameed has also been elected after he polled 10 votes against his contender, Dotun Coker who got 4 votes..
Fouad Oki has been officially announced as the new chairman of Lagos FA, while Gafar emerged as vice chairman.
As of press time, the elections for the board are still ongoing at Onikan Stadium.
