Chairman Flexy Soccer Academy, Azeez Olateju has expressed joy that his team defeated R2 Finesse Football Club in the week 15 of the Ikeja Divisional Super League.
Flexy Soccer demolished R2 Finesse 3-0 on Tuesday morning at the Rehabilitation Sports Center, Isheri-Oke Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
The victory move the club out of relegation zone and aiming to contest for the super four playoff in the league.
Olateju said the victory was well deserved and warned the other teams to beware of Flexy Soccer Academy.He boasted that his boys are in high spirits now and ready to give their opponents a run for their money.
“I said it before that Flexy Soccer are back on their winning ways.Our performance in the second stanza of the league is quite impressive and we are not going out of relegation but we want to contest for super four if we continue to win our remaining matches,”he said.
He, however, commended the officials for good officiating and described the officiating in the second stanza very fair. He also urged the referees to keep the good work throughout the league.
Flexy coach, Washington Egor popularly known as black Mourinho boasted that his boys are in best form of their lives ans ready to wreck havoc in their subsequent matches.He particularly commended the officials for the job well done and urged them to remain focused and steadfast.
In other results, Ace Mariners defeated Recovery House 2-1, NAFRC played 1-1 with G innovation as FC Ramond and 89 Football Club ended in barren draw.
