Fidson Football Club would clash with Cannaland Football Club in the Fasanya Gold Cup Final.
The much anticipated final would hold on 3th, Sunday, February, 2024 by 3pm at the Joju football pitch, Sango-Otta, Ogun State.
To reach the final stage, Fidson walloped Adiyan 3-1, while Cannaland defeated Achievers 2-1 in the second semi final played recently.
Match cordinator, Akinlawon Akinola expressed gratitude to God for the injury free tournament saying that no player sustain major or minor injury throughout the tournament.
He explained that the tournament has brought many players to limelight noted that all the participating teams lived up to expectations.
He particularly congratulated the both finalists for the job well done and reminded them the rules governing the competition.
“We are set for the final and i am happy that the competition is ending on Sunday.We thank the teams that participated in our competition because none of them violates the rules.They all abide the rules throughout the tournament and i wish the finalists all the best,”he said.
Meanwhile the third place match would hold on Saturday between Adiyan and Achievers.
