Head coach of Dosu Joseph Football Club, Kayode Agboola, has expressed the readiness of his team ahead of 2025 Lagos Supremacy Cup which begins on November 24 through 27 at the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
Speaking ahead of the tournament,Agboola disclosed that the team are in closed camping and they have been playing some friendly matches to keep his players fit ahead of the scouting football tournament tagged’Lagos Supremacy Cup’
“Presently the boys are fully ready for the Supremacy Cup and I am happy that I have some players who are hungry for success so I can tell you that my team are ready and we are looking forward to the favourable draws,”he said.
Meanwhile the Lagos Supremacy Cup is set to electrify the football world with eight top teams invited to participate. These teams include 36 Lion, Ikorodu City, Broad City, Mavlon, Beyond Limits, Dosu Joseph FC, Real Sapphire, and Triple 44 FA.
The highly anticipated tournament, tagged “No Offside! Operation Mark Your Man!!”, will take place from November 24th to 27th at the iconic Mobolaji Johnson Arena.
The competition will feature a rigorous group stage format, with teams split into two groups. Each team will face every other team in their group, and the top teams will advance to the knockout stage.
Scouts from prominent football countries such as Belgium, Brazil, UAE, France, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic will be in attendance, highlighting the tournament’s reputation as a platform for discovering and nurturing young talent.
