Organisers of the Lagos State Challenge Cup also known as the 2025 President Federation Cup have announced the sum of N200,000 for registration fees.
Registration for the tournament would begin on 2 October and end on 1 November 2024.
In the timetable released by the Nigeria Football Federation NFF, the registration for men is N200,000, while women’s clubs are to pay the sum of N150,000.
The timetable also indicates that late registration attracts a sum of N250,000 for men, while women’s clubs are to pay N200,000.
According to the guideline,late submission attracts the sum of N500,000, while each club to register maximum of 40 players.
The Lagos State Challenge Cup will commence on 20, January 2025 and end on 23rd, February 2025.
Secretary of Lagos State Football Association LSFA, Rabiu-Okikioposu Akeem said the club owners should come and obtain their registration forms at the LSFA secretariat by next month
He explained further that the registration fees are not fixed by the LSFA saying that the directives came from the Nigeria soccer ruling body.
