Chairman of Chekas United of Lagos, Uzoegbo Chekwube has donated 30 coaster seater to players and coaching crew to make them honour high profile scouting football programmes and other football tournaments within and outside the state.
The coaster bus was presented to the players and coaches recently at the club house.
Chekwube in a message to the players, coaches and other staff management said the coaster was bought to make the team travel for tournament within and outside the state.
He said there are many football competitions or scouting football tournaments the club supposed to engage in the past but due to the distance and unavailability of the bus, they turned it down.
“Presenting a coaster bus to the club it is long overdue.We were not able to attend some football engagement in the past because we don’t have a bus to convey the team to the match venue.
“The new coaster bus would serve as morale boost for team to take part in any high profile invitational football tournaments within and outside the state and I believe that the coaster bus would motivate the players and coaches to excel in their chosen career,” he said.
