A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Chief Bolaji Ayorinde has described the presentation of ceremonial beaded crown to High Chief Rashidi Ladoja, the former Governor of Oyo State and newly appointed Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland as a testament of the dynamism of the Ibadan Chieftaincy tradition.
The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, formally presented the ceremonial beaded crown to High Chief Rashidi Ladoja, at a prestigious ceremony, which took place at the Olubadan Palace in Oke Aremo, Ibadan.
In a congratulatory message issued yesterday, Ayorinde who is the Counsel to the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, said the presentation of the crown to the former governor was well deserved and over due.
Ayorinde who is the Agbaofin of Ibadanland noted with admiration Oba Ladoja’s unwavering dedication to the service of the people of Ibadan and Oyo State.
According to him, Oba Ladoja has consistently demonstrated exceptional wisdom, resilience, courage, and commitment throughout his career, earning the respect and admiration of many.
