The place to be was 4 Oremeta Street, off Ojo Ade, Alakuko in Alagbado area of Lagos State when Madam Modupe Mary Onuoha was celebrating her 55th birthday with children, families, associates and friends.
It was indeed a celebration of life for Madam Onuoha, a Facebook influencer of repute, who was marking another year amid pomp at her residence. No doubt people around her described her as an easy-going woman.
The birthday celebration was a moment for Madam Onuoha to give thanks to the Almighty God who preserves her life and give her that gift of life to witness another year together with her children.
‘I am so happy for seeing this day, marking another year in life. I cannot but thank the Lord for His mercy that endures forever over my life and my family.

“I also want to thank my children for standing by me, I am so proud of them. They are wonderfully made for me alone.
“My greeting also goes to other family members, associates and friends who find it worthy of me to join in this celebration of life. Particularly, the MWP who are ably represented by the CEO. I thank you all.
“To confess, I am humbled with the presence of a lot of people who came around to celebrate with me,” the celebrant said in an interview with Independent News Express.
The eldest son of the celebrant, Owolabi Onuoha thanked God for a life well spent of his mother, adding that he was so grateful for the well wishes who came to celebrate their mother’s birthday.
“I am short of words to thank God for seeing our mother growing in age to the glory of God. On behalf of other children, I give glory to God and I have to thank everyone that came here to celebrate with us.
“My prayer to God is that my mother will live long to see and reap the fruits of her labour in us the children,” Owolabi said.
THE CELEBRANT BEING CELEBRATED BY WELL WISHERS
Among the dignitaries who graced the occasion were Pa Atanda Lawal who presented a giant colourful frame of photo to the celebrant. Hon. Adedeji Adebiyi and Hon. Bayo Akorede who are chieftains of All Progressive Congress (APC) in the area among others dignitaries.
An association, Men and Women of Purpose (MWP) was well represented at the occasion.
