The much anticipated finals of U-15 boys and girls Bola Akindele Football Competition would hold on 21th, Sunday,July, 2024 at the Albati Barracks sports center, Ojuelegba, Surulere, Lagos.
In the boys category final, Wazbak International FC of Mainland face Bamise God Football Club of Isolo.
In the girls category, Puma Girls of Ikorodu battle Pentagon Queens of Alimosho.
Match cordinator, Taofeek Ajibola said arrangements have been concluded to organise a memorable closing ceremony and gave reasons for taking the finals to Albati Barrack.
“We are ready for the finals and the sponsor, Dr Ismail Bola Akindele is pleased with the match venue.We agreed to take the finals to the Barrack because of security and secondly the football pitch is good for the young lads.i believe that the finalists would give their best on the pitch and wish all of them best of luck,” he said.
Ajibola however thanksed thr cup donor, Dr Akindele for his commitment to the grassroots football in the last seven years saying that the cup donor has used his resources to promote the round leather game among the grassroots clubs in the state.
